A court in Boone County, Missouri has granted preliminary approval to a class action settlement on behalf of individuals who were employed by Hicks Enrichment Resource Outreach Enlightenment Services LLC d/b/a H.E.R.O.E.S. between May 31, 2019, and August 3, 2023, who worked more than 80 hours in at least one two-week pay period and received overtime pay that was calculated at a rate other than time-and-a-half.
